- Please note that linen rentals are exclusively for booked Gardenia clients and must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
- Our linen showroom is shared with Tastefully Yours Catering due to their Southlake location. While you are not required to use their catering services, we highly recommend them!
- For your convenience, all linens will be delivered to and picked up from the venue—one less thing for you to worry about on your big day!

**Linen Policy: To keep things simple and avoid any mix-ups, we do not allow couples to mix our linens with linens from other rental companies or with linens that have been personally purchased. When multiple sets of linens are involved, it can easily lead to items being misplaced, and we want to make sure everything is seamless for you on your big day. Because of this, all linens must either be rented through our linen rental service or provided entirely by you. If you choose to provide your own linens, none of our rental linens may be used. This helps ensure nothing gets lost in the shuffle and that everything is taken care of from start to finish.
