- Please note that linen rentals are exclusively for booked Gardenia clients and must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
- Our linen showroom is shared with Tastefully Yours Catering due to their Southlake location. While you are not required to use their catering services, we highly recommend them!
- For your convenience, all linens will be delivered to and picked up from the venue—one less thing for you to worry about on your big day!

**Linen Policy: To keep things simple and avoid any mix-ups, we do not allow couples to mix our linens with linens from other companies. When multiple companies are involved, it can easily lead to misplaced items, and we want to make sure everything is seamless for you on your big day. Because of this, we do require that all linens either come through our rental service or are provided entirely by you. This way, nothing gets lost in the shuffle and you can feel confident that everything is taken care of.
